Our no-stress fit guarantee
Swimwear is hard to size online — so we make returns easy. If your order doesn't fit or isn't right, email us at jun@sailbee.cn within 30 days and, for most returns, we'll issue you a full store credit and you keep the item — no shipping anything back, no cost to you.
Prefer a different size? We'll help you exchange it. Item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong? We cover it 100% — free replacement or full refund, nothing to send back.
EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see below).
A cash refund to your original payment method is available if you'd rather — for that option only, the item is returned to our warehouse. Most customers choose the keep-it store credit because it's faster and free.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sailbee.cn. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, in addition to the 30-day return window above, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receipt by emailing jun@sailbee.cn with your order number. A clear written statement is sufficient — no specific form is required.
- Return the item to us within a further 14 days of giving notice. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Refunds for withdrawal:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but excluding the supplementary cost of any express delivery you chose), no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or from the day you supply evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of dispatch.
This EU 14-day withdrawal right is in addition to (not in place of) the 30-day store-credit return process described above. EU consumers may use whichever option is more favourable.
